Marigold ID User Workspace

The Marigold ID User Workspace is the main portal for Marigold users. From this portal, you can manage your user profile, and launch any of the Marigold applications to which you have been granted access.

The Marigold ID User Workspace is available at the following URL:

• https://id.engageplatform.com/login

The specific features and options available on the Marigold ID User Workspace will vary depending on your Role. Marigold supports the following Roles:

• System User: A standard end-user who can access the applications and Business Units to which they have been granted access. System Users can manage their own profile.

• Business Unit Administrator: A user with access to administrative functions within one or more Business Units.

• Organization Administrator: A user with access to administrative functions across all Business Units in an Organization.

Users can perform the following actions within the User Workspace:

• Switch Marigold Applications

• Select a Business Unit

• Manage Your User Profile

• Set Up Multi-Factor Authentication

• Change Password

• View User Groups

• View Application and Business Unit Access

• View Your Activity Log

• View Organization Access (Organization Administrators only)

Business Unit Administrators and Organization Administrators have access to a separate Marigold ID Administration environment that is accessible from within the User Workspace portal. For more information, please see Marigold ID Administration.
